Single Session: £35
It is recommended that you have 3 x sessions for the first week
At each session you will be given a programme (so 3 in total) of which should then be preformed by you for the next 4 – 6 weeks. After this 4 – 6 weeks period has passed then it would be time to change these 3 programmes to 3 new and different programmes. This is only a guideline and it is totally up to you as the client.
Sessions will include bespoke programmes and Nutritional analysis / advice.
Multiple Sessions:
As it is recommended you have 3 x sessions for the first week, it is therefore cheaper to buy sessions in bulk :
